Innovative washing and filtering systems

EWT washing systems

Elettrobar Wash Technology

Most of the power loss happens on the diverter that separates the water destined for the upper arm from the lower one.

The Elettrobar EWT solution is simple and ingenious enough to be patented: eliminate the diverter.
Thus was born the exclusive double flow pump with two outlets, connected directly to the arms.

Power is not wasted, so the pump can have less power, i.e., consumption, for the same washing power.

The composite technology arm is light and strong, absorbs less energy to rotate and distributes the water optimally.

ETF Filtering System

Elettrobar Triple Filtering

A complete and effective system using progressive triple filtering of the wash water with sieves of decreasing diameter up to 0.8 mm.

Drain system for cleaner tank water

EDT drain system

Elettrobar Drain Technology

Traditional drain systems use an overflow to drain excess water during rinsing. Given that clean water is lighter than dirty water in the tank, it floats on top of it, and part of it, about 35%, ends up directly in the drain and not in the tank.

With EDT, a pump is used to remove the excess water from the bottom of the tank, where it is dirtiest, before the rinsing begins.

Not a drop is wasted, the water in the tank is cleaner and therefore one can work with a lower concentration of detergent.

EDS drain system

Elettrobar Drain System

Traditional drain systems use an overflow to drain excess water during rinsing.

Given that clean water is lighter than dirty water in the tank, it floats on top of it, and part of it, about 35%, ends up directly in the drain and not in the tank.

EDS takes advantage of the Archimedes principle, using clean water as a “piston” to push dirty water into the overflow.

This way only 17% of the clean water is discharged directly, the lye in the tank is cleaner and so you can work with a lower detergent concentration.

Easy to use interface

ESI Interface

Elettrobar Screen Interface

Very easy to use, reliable and complete, with four soft touch keys and a large backlit polychromatic LCD display.

Unlike other dishwashers on the market, it is not just a button; the entire screen changes colour according to the operating status of the machine and the current stage of the wash cycle; this makes it easy to read and interpret even from a distance.

As well as operating parameters such as tank and boiler temperature or the number of cycles completed, information provided by the self-diagnostic system is also displayed. Information is provided in the form of clear text and icons.

The user can adjust the tub and boiler temperatures and the detergent and rinse aid dosing, while our specialised technicians can modify all the other operating parameters of the machine.

ELI Interface

Elettrobar Led Interface

Easy to use, reliable and complete, with four soft touch keys and a 4-character LED display with two lateral indicator bars.

Carefully chosen combinations of colours and graphic symbols provide a clear indication of the dishwasher status and wash cycle progress at a glance.

In addition to the operating parameters, such as tank and boiler temperature or the number of cycles completed, the screen also displays information from the self-diagnosis system.

Information is provided via codes, texts or with colours and graphic indicators. It is possible to adjust the tub and boiler temperatures, the dosing of detergent and rinse aid, while our specialised technicians can modify all the operating parameters of the machine.

ECS Softener

Elettrobar Continue Softener

The ECS built-in softener performs regeneration during each individual wash cycle, fully automatically and completely invisibly. ECS protects the dishwasher from limescale damage without taking up additional space in the kitchen and without the need for regeneration operations that can take tens of minutes.

Another advantage is that the water quality is always constant, unlike traditional softeners where it worsens as the resins become saturated. The device is electronically controlled and a message informs you when you need to top up the salt. With ECS you have the option of using detergents specifically for softened water, which are less aggressive and cheaper than those for hard water.

EDD detergent dosers

Elettrobar Detergents Dosing

With ERT, no cold water enters the boiler during the rinsing phase; the water temperature thus remains constant, unlike conventional systems where it drops by more than 20°C: you can therefore operate at a lower temperature.

The suction pump ensures constant pressure and the break tank supply that of the flow rate. Thanks to all these elements, consumption is significantly reduced.

ECC Costruction

Elettrobar Clean Construction

Elettrobar products are designed so that there are no dirt accumulation points; tanks, counter doors and basket guides are completely moulded and abundantly rounded to facilitate the outflow of impurities; vertical edges are also rounded.

The components in the tank have been reduced as much as possible, and the washing and rinsing water pipes have been housed in the thickness of the double wall. Coarser particles are retained by the integral tank filters. The under-counters, the hoods and the

ELS hood lift

Elettrobar Lift System

Newly developed hood lifting system that smooths the movement, reduces effort to only 3 kg and eliminates jams even if the handle is grasped from the side.

Staff are less tired and more productive. The hood is double-walled and insulated.

EHS door opening

Elettrobar Hinge System

The door closes particularly softly and with less opening effort (3 kg) thanks to the movement mechanism with non-linear damping springs and the sealing system with labyrinth and gasket (both patented).

EHW enhanced heating system

Elettrobar Continue Softener

System with independent heating elements. Generally the tub and boiler heating elements operate alternately, with priority given to the boiler for reasons of hygiene, this means that in consecutive cycles the tub is not heated and its temperature falls rapidly, compromising washing results.

With the HotWash system, electrical power is divided between the two elements so as to allow heating of the tub even in the case of numerous consecutive cycles. The result, compared with a machine with interlocked heating elements, is that the temperature is around 10 degrees higher during repeated wash cycles: this allows a shorter wash time and a shorter drying time as the plates get hotter, lower detergent consumption and consequently lower costs.

Sistema di riscaldamento potenziato
NRG heat recovery system

To be combined with hood dishwashers, it draws in the steam after rinsing and condenses it; the heat thus recovered increases the temperature of the incoming water by 25°C.

The working environment is healthier and there are considerable energy savings thanks to the 30% reduction in the temperature difference that the boiler supplies to the rinse water; you do not need to install an external extractor hood when using it. The entire process lasts only 30”, all automatically.

Thermostop

Thermostop is a function that controls the correct rinse temperature in the boiler. If the boiler temperature is below a certain limit, the dishwasher extends the wash time until the set temperature is reached, at which point (and not before) rinsing will start.

The correct temperature for hygiene and drying of dishes is always guaranteed with Thermostop.

Energy Saving

Energy Saving is a function that reduces the temperature of the boiler when the dishwasher is not washing.

At the end of the washing programme, the boiler is not brought to the standard temperature, normally 85°C, but to a lower temperature (stand-by temperature). When a new cycle is started, the machine starts washing and at the same time starts heating the boiler.

The system is designed to always reach the required rinse temperature in time for the rinse.

Energy Saving reduces energy consumption and also the formation of limescale in the boiler.

Thermal insulation

Our entire range utilises constructional solutions designed to limit heat dispersion, to control the flow of heat through structural elements and to maintain constant internal temperatures. This translates into significant savings in energy costs.

All our dishwashers are prevalently of double-skin construction, the only exceptions being the side walls on built-in models and hoods on pass-through models. In these cases, however, there is a wide range of versions to choose from, which offer different constructional features and different advantages
